Rockstar Bradley!!!

Bradley was our first rockstar this year!! We LOVED getting to know him:)  His favorite color is gold and he loves The Jungle Book. He loves the Pokemon movie and his favorite sport is Husker football. He loves cats and his favorite food is broccoli. He loves all the songs by "Rebelution." When he grows up he wants to be a soldier...so cool!! If he could anywhere he would go to Washington D.C.. He is SO special because he wants to be a soldier. Bradley even had his mom and brother come for lunch. He shared his favorite book and his toy football!! You Rock Bradley!!

Happy Grandparent's Day!!

We want to wish all of our kindergarten kiddos grandparent's a happy day!!!! We talked about family a lot and you were OFTEN mentioned!! From fishing, to camping, to sleep overs you can sense how much these kids love all of you:) We hope you enjoy this short video and the projects we made for you!!

FIRST WEEK FUN!!!

We had SO much fun in our first week together!! We read lots of great stories about school and even read some books about how special we are. It was hard learning all of our kindergarten expectations, but these kids are awesome!! They have worked so hard and been such great listeners. I hope you are enjoying our class DOJO and are having fun talking kindergarten with your kiddo!! Please enjoy this video of some first week fun!!! Rockstar Taylor!!

Better late than never!! Sorry Taylor....just getting this up here. Taylor was our last rockstar and we had SOOOO  much fun learning all about him!! He had a special lunch visitor and a special truck come visit the entire class!! We loved looking at it and even got coloring books!! His favorite color is orange and he loves the Avengers book. His favorite movie is "Home" and he likes playing soccer. His favorite animal is a snake and he LOVES eating chicken noodle soup. He loves singing "What does the fox say?" and when he grows up he wants to be a cop. If he could go anywhere it would be Wrestle Mania and he is special because he is smart. YOU ROCK TAYLOR!!!

Happy Mother's Day!!!!!

We want to wish all of you a HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!! You are all amazing and your kids are very lucky to have such great moms!! We hope you enjoyed the LOVE board we made you. The pictures were taken through out the year and it was CRAZY to see how much each kid has grown!! I can NOT believe they will be headed off to first grade!!

I hope you take some time today to hug your kids.
Play with your kids.
Do something nice for yourself.
Sleep in.
Eat 3 meals without interruption.
Watch a TV show you want to watch.
Snuggle your kids.
Have a relaxing day!

Rockstar Nico!!

Nico was recently our rockstar and we learned SO much about her!! Her favorite color is pink and she loves the book "Ten Little Kittens." Her favorite movie is Frozen and she loves playing t-ball. She loves dogs and eating pizza...yummy!!! She loves "Let It Go" from Frozen!! When she grows up she wants to be a ballerina. She is special because she has a great family!! We'd agree Nico...thanks for being such a rockstar in our classroom. Please enjoy our video!!
